The Asturian language

What kind of language is that?

The Asturian (Asturianu) is a language spoken in some of the territories which conformed the Asturian Kingdom.

Due to political prosecution in Spain, it is only recognized as an official language in a small area of Portugal, while the rights of Asturian-speakers in the Spanish state are persecuted, humiliated and violated.

The Spanish central goverment, its regional governments, and the European Union are guilty of cultural genocide to try to exterminate this ancient language. Their aim is to eliminate The Asturian National Culture.
